I ordered some clothing online around £180 worth and the dpd courier decided to deliver it to a neighbor instead of me. I have informed the company and they need to wait on a dpd investigation anyone know what the time length of this is and what it consists of.

They called me to confirm if the driver had came to my house today but he hasnt. On further conversation with dpd the courier has stated he gave it to me and at my house. Which is totally wrong as I was 2 miles away at work. They told me the sender would be in touch.

Ok, the called me again today and stated the driver would be out I said Im at work wont be home. I then told them I cant even see what the signature is and she said I can they dont match previous ones that you have gave us before.

Il get an email of my attendence reported over to them. I asked whats the driver going to say because it wasnt me.

The whole thing has been a lot of hassle for a small test order.

I have provided all as you have recommended. And they have stated dpd are still insisiting iv sent copies of my signature they do not match. And they told me driver is out tomorrow but cannot confirm a time i work so good chance i wont be home. Stuck as to what to do next.
