"Hello there, I have had a problem with the previous batch of whey protein I ordered, this being 3 tubs of your 5lb tub of protein, the flavour being double rich chocolate for all three tubs. I would also like to mention I have been using optimum nutrition and there whey protein powders for over 4 years now without any problems. The current three tubs I had a very bad odour emanating from the tub which resulting in me being nauseous and throwing away the three tubs of protein. I also have kids in the house so it's also a safety concern. What would happen if they did somehow manage to ingest it?

I am looking for the same replacement tubs as this would be fair.

It is also important to note, I did contact the retailer (Amazon), and they told me to contact the manufacturer."
The response:
"I am very disappointed to hear that you have had a bad experience with our product. I would like to reassure you that we take all complaints seriously.
You said below you threw your product away.  Do you still have it there?  In order for us to investigate this complaint in full you would need to provide a few pictures with the batch number and the product?
Unfortunately without this information I can’t investigate any further."

What can I do about this guys?

It's kind of suspicious that "all 3 had bad odours coming from them" as this sort of situation rarely happens hence you can get away with one tub alone. But if they've asked if you still have it, you could just say no you do not as bin collection day was a couple of days ago and the tubs were gone with that so you can't get it back. Might want to try and say that the kids are very young (eg: 3-5) and it would be exceptionally dangerous to have off foods around toddlers. Good luck.

Ah, yeah I understand that does throw up a red flag, but I was looking for a way to SE a couple of tubs and sell them off for a quick profit and keep one for myself. They probably won't help me if I say I've discarded the tubs. What can I do? I've given this a lot of thought but I'm struggling to salvage this.
