Did the swap yesterday and got the refund

Women behind the counter asked if anything was wrong and i said "it wont charge anymore", she goes "Wont charge, you only had it 4 days". She opened the box, took a 2 second look at the headset and refunded me.

Closer inspection she would of seen it was a bit more worn for 4 days use so got a bit lucky, but I'd of argued that's how it came.

First time doing this so i was a bit nervous but it was pretty straight forward.
