Proof of purchase - many people use generators and Logitech aren't stupid anymore, they know it's fake. They go through them and check headers & minor details. Use a TAX receipt rather than order confirmation.
Serials - It's always better to ask somebody who is selling a completely brand new one if they can share the serial with you privately. If there is two accounts of an item being registered, this flags the claim instantly and you'll be told to provide video evidence.
Images - Get images of the product you're RMAing, preferably one that is the same model / colour, make sure to include these in your email randomly, this'll show the representative that you probably do possess the item in question. Use exif tag remover to remove the metadata from them. Otherwise it'll show eBay/gumtree/craigslist information I believe.
File name - The file names you send over email are quite important. If you send them an image called S-l1600, it's a big give away that you've downloaded the image from eBay or online. Try and name them something your camera would call them, for example IMG-20190301-WA0932 would show that the image came from your camera on the specific date they asked for it.
Minor details which won't flag your account and are 'unique' to your claim will get you the SE. It's not as simple as just throwing them a random POP anymore. Unfortunately.
Just wondering do you have any idea when best to try again? Should i wait a couple weeks?
