So i have been trying to SE ultimate ears and now all of a sudden they are saying that my serial has been registered before and that i must provide POP. Will they know i am SE'ing if i give them that as its already been registered?
They are saying that if i give them POP they will process my case for a replacement product

Maybe you registred on a account u cant remember. Send them POP and see what happens, sound like you good to go

I havent, i dont actually own the speaker i am just trying for a free one, I was just wondering that because they know it has been registered before are they using this to sort of catch me out? Maybe im reading too much into it

Quick update logitech have closed my case looks like ill have to start again
