Open a new account that doesn't use any of the info on that account. No more SEing on that account.

I've had a word with them, most of the complains and refunds on this account were not because of SEing to begin with. Don't even think I've even SEed on this account, did my SEs with other companies. They've said they've launched an investigation that will last 48hrs. Any idea what happens with these "investigations"?

If you haven't SE'd nor violated their terms and all claims were/are legit, then you have nothing to worry about. The Investigation should determine this.
