For Informative purposes, how did you execute your SE?

Used the DNA method, as recommended, went through an investigation but wasnt contacted about it. Since it was coming up to Christmas I said it was a gift and I desperately needed the item and got the rep to "expedite the investigation and shipment" (in reality the reps were shit and didnt do it) after a while I contacted them again and asked them what was going on as I had had no updates and the rep said that they apparently hadnt expedited either order, fastforward a couple days only one order had been refunded so I contacted them again and the rep said that they had only done one of my orders and put the second one through, bit of a ballache. But got there eventually.

Being adamant, persistent, assuming an authoritative figure and not taking "no" for an answer, all played their role In the successful outcome.
