Newegg replacement? - fuckinfag - 11-30-2018
On black friday I bought some items from newegg UK, what would be the best way to get a refund/replacement on one/ both of the items, they have arrived and I havent opened them but they weigh around 1.5kg and 2kg. I also didnt sign for the item. The order says DHL global delivery but on the package it says Yodel, any tips?
EDIT: Worked a charm after some bs with reps, refund on its way.

Sounds like DNA would work, as always.

On the above grounds and as stated by @"Lucas1543", the DNA Is appropriate. Just remember that a package that's delivered, Is not the same as being received.

They're actually quite careless and easy to SE.
Upon purposely ordering and receiving a few packages In one hit, I've distracted a number of drivers from scanning one package and then claimed (and obtained) a refund using the DNA.

Distract the driver by talking about "his" Interests, constantly address him by name (It's human nature to feel appreciated when doing so), and give him a hand when unloading the van. Continue the conversation so he's focused on that, rather than his job.
In the midst of all that, grab the smallest package and hide It amongst the others.
