I was talking about tearing down the PS4 and taking out the actual hardware from the plastic housing, then leaving the housing with some weight inside.
I don't know if there's any point in going that far, it's just that it would appear normal in case the box was opened for checking.

Don't touch It.

Use the wrong Item received method. Purchase an Item that's significantly cheaper, Is part of their Inventory (stock Item), and weighs around the same as the PS4. When they request the return, send the wrong Item.

How can i see their inventory?

Browse via their website and see what they stock/Items for sale, make a few phone calls and Inquire about some products you're (seemingly) Interested In, shoot off an email and request for a range of Items and so forth.

There's so many channels you can exhaust.
