They're actually quite careless and easy to SE.

Upon purposely ordering and receiving a few packages In one hit, I've distracted a number of drivers from scanning one package and then claimed (and obtained) a refund using the DNA.

How? lol

Distract the driver by talking about "his" Interests, constantly address him by name (It's human nature to feel appreciated when doing so), and give him a hand when unloading the van. Continue the conversation so he's focused on that, rather than his job.

In the midst of all that, grab the smallest package and hide It amongst the others.
