On black friday I bought some items from newegg UK, what would be the best way to get a refund/replacement on one/ both of the items, they have arrived and I havent opened them but they weigh around 1.5kg and 2kg. I also didnt sign for the item. The order says DHL global delivery but on the package it says Yodel, any tips?

EDIT: Worked a charm after some bs with reps, refund on its way.
