I’ve tried two monitors so far and about a day after I call them, I get an email saying they’re working on my order and I need to provide a photo of the serial number and proof of purchase to continue. It says if I don’t reply within 5 days my order may be cancelled. So I’m just wondering, is this email normal? Should I just not reply and I’ll still receive the monitor? Or have they changed their policy or something?

Check this broh I've made a guide of ARM for HP https://sinister.li/Thread-Tutorial-HP-O...-with-pics

Yeah I’ve actually been using that a little bit. Good guide. But I’m kind of trying to avoid the whole exchange process. There’s another guide for HP on the forum and he’s able to just get replacements without sending back the old one. That’s what I’m trying to do.
