Question about HP - Dp110096 - 11-27-2018 Anyone who has SE’d monitors from HP, did you have to email them a picture of the serial number and proof of purchase? I’ve tried two monitors so far and about a day after I call them, I get an email saying they’re working on my order and I need to provide a photo of the serial number and proof of purchase to continue. It says if I don’t reply within 5 days my order may be cancelled. So I’m just wondering, is this email normal? Should I just not reply and I’ll still receive the monitor? Or have they changed their policy or something? RE: Question about HP - KuhakuWolf - 11-27-2018 Yes this is normal and you need that to se RE: Question about HP - Edy.sake - 11-27-2018 (11-27-2018, 07:06 PM)Dp110096 Wrote: Anyone who has SE’d monitors from HP, did you have to email them a picture of the serial number and proof of purchase? There’s another guide for HP on the forum and he’s able to just get replacements without sending back the old one. That’s what I’m trying to do. One of the most important things on SE its to keep it actual, so if you try an old method... it might not be working... It's only about a month old. I could be wrong, but I doubt they would've changed up their policy that quick. That’s what I’m trying to do. That's true. Would be possible if its a cheap one, i've done the way for OMEN. When i call them they tell me that OMEN products has a "premium costumer service" so might be different Question about HP - Dp110096 - 11-27-2018 (11-27-2018, 11:19 PM)SirJesusChrist Wrote:(11-27-2018, 11:10 PM)Dp110096 Wrote:(11-27-2018, 11:08 PM)SirJesusChrist Wrote: I think that i know the thread you are talking about, and its pretty old i think. I feel like I have a way better chance with the ones I’m doing, though. They’re only $200-300. |
