Anyone who has SE’d monitors from HP, did you have to email them a picture of the serial number and proof of purchase? I’ve tried two monitors so far and about a day after I call them, I get an email saying they’re working on my order and I need to provide a photo of the serial number and proof of purchase to continue. It says if I don’t reply within 5 days my order may be cancelled. So I’m just wondering, is this email normal? Should I just not reply and I’ll still receive the monitor? Or have they changed their policy or something?

What did you tell them to get your replacement?
