Done Logitech on the same number and address multiple times, they don't have a way of seeing if that address has been in contact with them before.

Completely wrong before anyone gets carried away

The manager I spoke with on the phone the last time I spoke with them confirmed my statement, when I asked if they could just look up my address to see the case i.d. linked to it she went on to tell me that customers address and phone numbers are confidential and the only way they could access them was through your case i.d. So unless the rep pulls up each case i.d. individually and sees they all have the same address and number (which he couldn't do unless you gave them to him) they have no way of knowing what previous SE's have been done to that same address. I my self have used the same information on the last 4 SEs I've done in the past 2 months because I know they won't figure it out and that if they do it really doesn't matter anyways.
