Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - twinkletoes1 - 11-04-2018 So I had a very easy time doing my first SE for this Logitech G910 keyboard. But I actually despise the romer-g style switches. I much prefer my cherry mx blues and how loud they get ![]() What's the best way to get rid of this and make some money? Just selling it on classifieds? Or is there a way to SE it back to logitech and get something else? In retrospect I probably should have just SE'd a G610... Additionally if I'm thinking about doing another logitech SE. I know I should be using a new e-mail, and probably a drop but what about phone number? Should I be calling from a different phone number or does that not matter? RE: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - mothered - 11-04-2018 The SE Is well and truly over so rather than double dipping (although It's still achievable), It's best to sell It. eBay or Craigslist will suffice. By using a different email address and drop, the Intent Is to obviously not have any association with your account, so use another number or Burner. RE: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - GotCamo122 - 11-08-2018 Done Logitech on the same number and address multiple times, they don't have a way of seeing if that address has been in contact with them before. RE: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - mantap1985 - 11-08-2018 i think they do have a way of knowing if that address have too many se'd item delivered. That's why most SE'er will request for clean address RE: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - mothered - 11-08-2018 (11-08-2018, 08:38 AM)GotCamo122 Wrote: Done Logitech on the same number and address multiple times, they don't have a way of seeing if that address has been in contact with them before. They certainly do. An Invoice Is generated against the address of where the package Is delivered, and every Invoice Is kept on file. Given the Invoice Is on record, so too Is the address. The manager I spoke with on the phone the last time I spoke with them confirmed my statement, when I asked if they could just look up my address to see the case i.d. linked to it she went on to tell me that customers address and phone numbers are confidential and the only way they could access them was through your case i.d. So unless the rep pulls up each case i.d. individually and sees they all have the same address and number (which he couldn't do unless you gave them to him) they have no way of knowing what previous SE's have been done to that same address. I my self have used the same information on the last 4 SEs I've done in the past 2 months because I know they won't figure it out and that if they do it really doesn't matter anyways. Yes but customer service doesn't have the ability to access the records without the case i.d. or a higher power (even the customer service supervisor I spoke to couldn't access them) RE: Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum - karoloydi - 11-12-2018 (11-12-2018, 04:07 PM)GotCamo122 Wrote:(11-08-2018, 11:07 AM)mothered Wrote:(11-08-2018, 08:38 AM)GotCamo122 Wrote: Done Logitech on the same number and address multiple times, they don't have a way of seeing if that address has been in contact with them before. I've seen someone in the past getting a warning letter from Logitech that there are too many warranty claims from that address and to not abuse the warranty system. |
