Yeah the emails you get after talking to them the rep said that this is a rare situation blah blah, ship backed the package today. We'll see how this unfolds

It's ridiculous that a company on the scale of Amazon, cannot manage their claims department.

I think the amount is too high, this is deff a big hassle. Because I returned it a second time they said I'll get my refund in one to two weeks. I'm kinda in disbelief cause they said that the first time, I'd get my refund in 1-2 business days after requesting to expedite the process but return center dropped the ball.  Time is on the clock we shall see what happens.
