Amazon High Limit Refund - katski - 11-07-2018

This is a high limit attempt at a refund for a laptop that's in process that's 4k. It's like a boxing match, they have round one on me as I said I got wrong items sent them back the items similar weight maybe grams off the recorded shipping weight, these idiots haha say they sent me the books by accident and that I should have gotten my laptop regardless, now called them again and I was told to wait till I get my books back and ship it back out again for a refund. Tbh I don't think I'll win this fight but I might get lucky in round 3. https://i.imgur.com/spGl01Y.jpg Also I didn't even send them a transformers beast wars whatever the fuck jaja so idk why that's there. As of right now waiting 3 buiz days for them to ship back then im gonna ship back what they send me in hopes of a refund correctly this time.

Their comment In the Image states: "If you mistakenly left out the Item to return, you'll need to send It back to receive a refund". They've admitted fault, hence will provide a refund on receipt of the wrong Item.

You've already succeeded- just comply with their request.

Yeah they messed up, but they think they still sent me the laptop and want me to return the laptop for the refund not the books I'd send them. They think I sent them the transformers book but I never sent them that, I sent like school books. Right now just waiting for the items to be shipped back to me so I can ship it back out to them as the rep told me so she can remake a ticket.

My goodness, It's certainly very poor management of your claim. In fact, It's a disaster.

The only thing you can do Is wait for their shipment. Hopefully they'll get It right this time.

I think the amount is too high, this is deff a big hassle. Because I returned it a second time they said I'll get my refund in one to two weeks. I'm kinda in disbelief cause they said that the first time, I'd get my refund in 1-2 business days after requesting to expedite the process but return center dropped the ball. Time is on the clock we shall see what happens.

But books are generally a pretty good method for "wrong item received" right? Easy to get, Amazon has a shitload of them.
