Their comment In the Image states: "If you mistakenly left out the Item to return, you'll need to send It back to receive a refund". They've admitted fault, hence will provide a refund on receipt of the wrong Item.

Yeah they messed up, but they think they still sent me the laptop and want me to return the laptop for the refund not the books I'd send them. They think I sent them the transformers book but I never sent them that, I sent like school books. Right now just waiting for the items to be shipped back to me so I can ship it back out to them as the rep told me so she can remake a ticket.
