Got a friendly neighbor nearby? Are they able to be bribed? $20-$40 to them for accepting a few pieces of mail on your behalf.
Just use their address as the letterhead information.
I've always found that bribing people who have NO WANT to know what's going on, but are just willing to take money and give you an envelope that arrives in the mail, is 100% the best way to get a fake address.

Bribing people should be the bread and butter of anyone into serious fuckery.

I used a registered company address. If they tell me to ship there, I'll tell them I work from home and the registered address is too far away. I'll reship twice, just in case.
