Company Letterhead 08-21-2018, 12:07 AM

A company I'm SEing requested from me to provide a letter from my "company" which features official company letterhead.
Part of the legal requirement for a letterhead is to have address and company number. Which address / company number should I put?
If I do a made up logo and put the reship address, there is no company registered there and they can check on the government website of registered companies.
If I put a different address of a real registered company they might call them or insist of delivering to the official company address, its still a problem.
Also they need it to be stamped. What stamp might that be? Do all companies have company stamp?
I am really close. I don't want to get stuck on a stupid technicality
