Hey guys, i'm having trouble with a se attempt on amazon, it is for a 1299$ gaming laptop my account is fairly new and has had a dna then return on it also 2 legit purchases of a few hundred dollars, for this laptop I talked better than ever to the representative offering a sob story about a nephew not receiving a laptop for his birthday me promising him one going out and spending 1700$ for one at bestbuy because of amazon or fedex's error and that now I have to put in extra work for a police report very frustrating etc etc even mentioned the money was really important as I had upcoming rent to no avail. Now im stuck in a position where to obtain my refund I need to file a police report which i'd rather not do, is there any work around to this? If someone can fix my order that'd be greatly appreciated im willing to pay as well! I found someone who can fix it however they seem to be charging a very high price to do so and I don't know what "fixin" entails thank you!
