I agree. How things will be played out during this investigation will largely be based on the value of this product. If it's in the thousands, then it will be much harder to SE.

It's a $200 order so kinda surprised that they would do investigation

Is the address of the account also a determining factor? It makes sense that refunding from the same account multiple times is sketchy, but I am wondering if the same applies for the Name and Address that is used.
