Need help SEing Amazon - JumpingJunimos - 07-16-2018
Called today and the guy told me they cant process a refund until 5pm and told me to call back. Called back and now they told me they have to do an investigation... Ugh can anyone please fix this for me?

just go ahead with investigation, call in 2-3 days and ask for refund again

The last time this happened they asked for a police report :/

Check if your local police does online police reporting, then do a online police report. You get the case id and submit it to amazon over chat. I've done this more than a few times.

also police cant prove you got the mail so in that sense you are over thinking if youre that paranoid just dont keep the stuff in the house for a while

Yeah true I know I'm being quite paranoid I'm just so afraid I'd be unlucky to have police show up at my door after making the report
