I've dealt with Dell quite a while back, and It was somewhat of an arduous task at times to circumvent their representative(s). For Informative purposes, It's good to know It's still very much the same nowadays.

Dell's incredibly annoying to deal with. They've upped their SE defenses and has done many patches. Still SE'able of course. Just that now, it requires skilled social engineers to do it.
