Dell USA SE - datunaaa - 07-17-2018
Hey guys, managed to get replacement from dell, but next day same agent mailed me that the exchange got canceled and i need to send receipt. however the status of exchange is "in progress-assigned", can somebody help or suggest what to do ?

I'd be very Interested to read why It was approved to begin with, and what actually triggered It's decline thereafter- ultimately to where It's at now.
I've made a mental note of this thread, and shall periodically check back for the latest developments.

Also, one important thing to note is that Dell is by far one of the hardest companies to SE
They even send debt collectors and bills to those that have stolen from them

I've dealt with Dell quite a while back, and It was somewhat of an arduous task at times to circumvent their representative(s). For Informative purposes, It's good to know It's still very much the same nowadays.
