That doesn't matter, go onto live chat and tell them you haven't received it bla bla bla, and if they don't transfer you to another agent you'll usually get the refund/replacement.

Once the affidavit has been generated and requested against the account holder, It serves as a point of reference to all other representatives and until It's fulfilled, It will not proceed any further.

It's the same when you receive a court order (subpoena), It remains as such no matter what channels you go through to try and avoid It.

Does this mean that the account is essentially blacklisted? Not sure why they went straight for the affidavit as the account is about 2 months old and has 10+ orders on it.
