I tried using the box method on an item worth £270, I contacted amazon via live chat and they said they needed to investigate. They got back to me and said the package was the correct weight and it wasn't damaged upon delivery.

Would it be possible to still receive and refund and keep the item or should I just return it?

EDIT, Contacted them again and this happened.
