I tried Lenovo as they have recently had a product recall on some of their thinkpads due to the battery pack being lose which could cause it to burn. I backed out of this though as the guy on the phone knew all the details of the serial number I used and it was a business, I didn't want for them to realise and then trace it back to me.

I had some fun tho, the nice Asian guy on the phone made for a perfect merge prank call with my local dominos[emoji23]


If you want I will happily help you but just be wary, I read on here somewhere that over £1,000 of stolen goods from warranty claims or whatever can result in jail time and this laptop was £1500...
