And then there's the bastard child laptop running 7 SP1 x86 THAT WILL NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF G.D. UPDATE.  It constantly crashes to blue screen.   Constantly in safe mode w/networking to trouble shoot the dang thing. I Still HaveNoF#*(ingClue!!!

Simply hit a clean Installation of Windows and be done with It. In scenarios like this, It's not worth diagnosing and trying to fix the said Issues.
