Go through the terms and conditions, make a few false Inquiries (phone calls) just to see what questions are raised and how they're expected to be answered, get the names of those you spoke to (you may need them as an SE reference), and always look for the weakest human vulnerability with whom you spoke with. Formulate your SE methodology based on your findings and proceed thereafter.
