Is This Possible? - Liger - 09-15-2016 I just pre-ordered NBA 2k17 on amazon and its going to be a digital code that I receive and it states no refunds but would it be possible to SE my way into a refund considering it is amazon? RE: Is This Possible? - Blue - 09-15-2016 Oh yes, imo, SEing is pretty much always an option. Which then again it is digital code, but you could always try saying it was stolen or, it told you it was registered to a different account on steam or something of that nature, RE: Is This Possible? - Oni - 09-15-2016 Off topic, but Is your avatar those Shine papers? I don't know how it is with keys, but you can always try. I doubt they will have time to investigate it, especially because there are a lot of people SE'ing more expensive stuff than NBA 2K17. RE: Is This Possible? - Liger - 09-17-2016 Update I was able to get it refunded. RE: Is This Possible? - mothered - 09-17-2016 As a general guidance and for future reference pertaining to SE'ing with any company or entity, always do your research first. Go through the terms and conditions, make a few false Inquiries (phone calls) just to see what questions are raised and how they're expected to be answered, get the names of those you spoke to (you may need them as an SE reference), and always look for the weakest human vulnerability with whom you spoke with. Formulate your SE methodology based on your findings and proceed thereafter. |
