And what are you perceptions of what is useful? Judging by your comments, I doubt you perceive social welfare, particularly healthcare, as particularly useful so you certainly wouldn't be in favour of it being spent on the NHS (Englands health care system) spending that the Leave bus was suggesting it be used for:
