Here let me list a few flaws for you

• Developers want a super easy game, community does not. (developers not careing about playerbase)
  
• zzzz game, max level in 30 hours
  
• Economy is driven entirely through the publisher through their auction house, like wtf no trade?
  
• Hire workers, (hmmm smells like garrisons from WoW no fucking thanks)
  
• ayy lmao cash shop with like shit that costs more than the game
  
• RNG enchanting
  
• Dress up endgame, pirates, strippers, costumes lol.
  

Seems to be the best MMO out there right now with plenty of end game content. I wouldn't say the game is easy because of how god damn long it takes to get high tier gear. RNG just makes it more of a challenge to get better gear and you can just failstack anyways. There's nothing "Pay to Win" about it since spending real money just gets you things like pets which just pick up loot for you and clothing which doesn't really give you a good bonus.
