Added an additional update to the main OP.

UPDATE 3: I've decided to stick with what I do best, and go with my own market stall. Over the Christmas period (end of November until the week after Christmas) I will be leaving my town to go live in a different city to the one I originally planned. Let's see how this goes. Nothing is set in 100% stone yet. 02/10/14

I believe the only internet I will have to access while doing this will be 3G too other than public terminals.
