It makes for quite the great laugh when you're both over there tripping. Trust me mate, it'll give you both quite the laugh for the first 10 or so minutes. After that, you should try and show off a bit and then "fall" down just so you make yourself look stupid. You know, the cliche stuff.

That's just my opinion on it, but it's REALLLLLLY fun. Ice-skating is actually really nice as well! But back to the topic, you shouldn't go off and skate on your own, just try and make it really fun for the both of you.
