My hind is to make a FTID V3 + V6. Use something that weights (like electronics from litter, or water, to make a similar weight).
Then, prepare parcel very poor emballed, just to get damaged on the way, plus FTID V3 (just in case!).

If they find it broken, they will throw away, so they will just pay the claim and no more.

Now i'm waiting for end of claim, but microsoft rep + UPS rep told me (literally), that they don't have a clue of where the fuck my package is 

Any update on this? I am german myself, need an XBOX lol

Did an LIT (I personally went to UPS warehouse on my city), just to confirm by they that the package didn't get out of my hometown.
Microsoft filled a claim, and UPS refund to them.

But, they refused to send me a new xbox, alleging fraud....

After a month, i've managed to speak to a manager, and they told me to give a bill, and to ask why my microsfot account wasn't on that xbox SN (said that I was using with all the games).

I've sended the bill and they don't respond yet...

It's been 2 weeks since last contact.... I think that i've failed the refund
