microsoft xbox warranty se? - @bd01010 - 03-14-2024

has anyone tried SE microsoft UK recently, i want to try get an xbox series x replacement sent out using warranty method but not sure it to use FTID or LIT on the ups label (its a german return address)

I'll try to LIT it.
I've asked a RMA for a controller to.
My plan is to use the matrix code from controller, and tracking from XBOX, to mess up and maybe get a replcement

UPS doesn't update my tracking since two weeks.
Last that says is that a claim is opened.
I've called them, and they confirmed that they don't find the parcel.

XBOX rep told me that when the claim finishes, they will send me a refurbished xbox via post Smile

My hind is to make a FTID V3 + V6. Use something that weights (like electronics from litter, or water, to make a similar weight).
Then, prepare parcel very poor emballed, just to get damaged on the way, plus FTID V3 (just in case!).

If they find it broken, they will throw away, so they will just pay the claim and no more.

Now i'm waiting for end of claim, but microsoft rep + UPS rep told me (literally), that they don't have a clue of where the fuck my package is Biggrin

Did an LIT (I personally went to UPS warehouse on my city), just to confirm by they that the package didn't get out of my hometown.
Microsoft filled a claim, and UPS refund to them.

But, they refused to send me a new xbox, alleging fraud....

After a month, i've managed to speak to a manager, and they told me to give a bill, and to ask why my microsfot account wasn't on that xbox SN (said that I was using with all the games).

I've sended the bill and they don't respond yet...

It's been 2 weeks since last contact.... I think that i've failed the refund
