Good job in being persistent and pushing the claim towards a refund!

I know, right?

I had to, because on the first 2x email refusal replies it was clear that they were simply copying and pasting their responses.

When I CC'd their CEO, that's when they 'investiagted' and then after 2x more emails they caved in, 😄.

But yeah, PEB is still possible with Tommy Hilfiger, so long as you persist.
