Ordered 4x items, reported 2x missing.
Delivery had to be signed for with weight noted on the postage label.
Took multiple emails back and forth and CC'd their CEO..
They kept refusing the claim, but after about 3-4 emails, they caved in and offered refund for the missing items.
In conclusion..This was my first ever Tommy Hilfiger attempt.
Yes PEB is possible, but be prepared to not let go so easy and continue to pester them with emails.

I know, right?I had to, because on the first 2x email refusal replies it was clear that they were simply copying and pasting their responses.
When I CC'd their CEO, that's when they 'investiagted' and then after 2x more emails they caved in, 😄.
But yeah, PEB is still possible with Tommy Hilfiger, so long as you persist.
