has anyone tried SE microsoft UK recently, i want to try get an xbox series x replacement sent out using warranty method but not sure it to use FTID or LIT on the ups label (its a german return address)

UPS doesn't update my tracking since two weeks.
Last that says is that a claim is opened.
I've called them, and they confirmed that they don't find the parcel.

XBOX rep told me that when the claim finishes, they will send me a refurbished xbox via post
