2 of my jd parcels also got lost one when I tried to return and one which was supposed to be delivered but never came. Many people have had a problem with evri losing parcels from jd in my area I just gave them a call and they processed a refund.

Yeah I kept contacting them saying different things even used chat gpt to make it sound like I was gonna escalate this and take lawful action but it’s not looking good. When I ask for the refund they keep saying they won’t do anything until they receive the parcel in the warehouse. I’m gonna do a charge back soon now cos I cba to email them any more, they’re useless.

As for why they won’t give me a refund, it’s because I tried to say I didn’t get it but it didn’t work so I returned it and now they’re suspicious about it so they won’t give me a refund until they see it. So I’m sure they won’t be like this in ordinary cases .

Chargeback is probaly best option then
