Did JD supply the return label? If they did, the lost package is their responsibility. Give them the tracking to show the package was collected and then request your refund as you've dropped the package off.

Yes jd supplied the return label. I’ve explained that it’s not my fault but they keep saying that they won’t give me a refund until they receive it

Yeah I kept contacting them saying different things even used chat gpt to make it sound like I was gonna escalate this and take lawful action but it’s not looking good. When I ask for the refund they keep saying they won’t do anything until they receive the parcel in the warehouse. I’m gonna do a charge back soon now cos I cba to email them any more, they’re useless.

As for why they won’t give me a refund, it’s because I tried to say I didn’t get it but it didn’t work so I returned it and now they’re suspicious about it so they won’t give me a refund until they see it. So I’m sure they won’t be like this in ordinary cases .
