Done an order for £450 and was denied dna.
Proof of delivery identities no house building. Its the parcel placed  on the street and someone walking past.. Read previous threads and everyone has been asked to signed a declaration but to me they haven’t given that aswell as they are telling me to do a chargeback. + the customer service is really really slow

Like someone said above, keep pushing them and make sure to mention that you're thinking of charging back because they don't seem willing to help and are taking their sweet time replying. The proof is on your side. If they don't budge then actually chargeback.
