i do have a aged paypal account but i think the company will respond so should i do SNAD ? and post a different macbook. if the seller dosent respond i wont have to send it back ?

Yes find a different macbook picture online, download it, zoom in/crop/change colour/brightness so it looks like it's your picture. Then file a snad and upload the picture as evidence.

Yes if there's no response you won't need to send anything back.

Disclaimer: You don't need to upload any picture. It's just there's been many, many people lately saying paypal aren't turning their disputes into claims.

Well done, I like people that know what they're doing. And just to clarify, you FTID through pp, and upload the tracking number to your pp claim.
