I did a PEB and then returned the replacement for a refund. did take like 5-6 days for an initial response then another 2 weeks for the replacement to be confirmed although this was over the Christmas holidays. ~£250 missing item and ~£50 random items

Someone on here had success with PEB, but it wasn't a quick process.  Which item are you looking at?

I'm looking at the jacket and shoes, total about $500

You claim the box was partially empty. You order a few cheap items then the main item you want. you then tell them the main item wasn't in the box but the other cheaper items were. they will then send you a replacement for the main item. then you can return it.
