Friends, if anyone has trouble getting a refund from Arcteryx? Please share your experience, does ftid or ftid 3 work?

I did a PEB and then returned the replacement for a refund. did take like 5-6 days for an initial response then another 2 weeks for the replacement to be confirmed although this was over the Christmas holidays. ~£250 missing item and ~£50 random items
