SO I AM A BIT CONFUSED ON WHAT TO DO HERE THE PARCEL I RECEIVED WAS QUITE DAMAGED SO I AM TRYING TO GET A FULL REFUND INSTEAD IF A PARTIAL ONE  SO I decided TO DO DNA I GOT TO manipulate THE DRIVER NOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF PROOF OF DELIVERY HOWEVER I DONT WANT TO FILE A CLAIM ON THE DELIVERY DRIVER HES A NICE GUY

First of all change your username .

How do you plan to ask the driver not to take a photo of the parcel after he’s already taken it?

Lastly if it has arrived damaged just contact the company and tell them it’s damaged and you want a full refund. If they want it retuning FTID the return.

Would be helpful if you explained in more detail and we are more confused than yourself
