How do you plan to ask the driver not to take a photo of the parcel after he’s already taken it? Lastly if it has arrived damaged just contact the company and tell them it’s damaged and you want a full refund. If they want it retuning FTID the return. Would be helpful if you explained in more detail and we are more confused than yourself RE: SE ROYAL MAIL - ExOP1tica - 11-30-2023 (11-30-2023, 08:42 AM)bburnsey Wrote: First of all change your username They'd get on with Mike Hunt RE: SE ROYAL MAIL - Elsdebo - 11-30-2023 (11-30-2023, 02:41 AM)mike oxlong Wrote: SO I AM A BIT CONFUSED ON WHAT TO DO HERE THE PARCEL I RECEIVED WAS QUITE DAMAGED SO I AM TRYING TO GET A FULL REFUND INSTEAD IF A PARTIAL ONE SO I decided TO DO DNA I GOT TO manipulate THE DRIVER NOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF PROOF OF DELIVERY HOWEVER I DONT WANT TO FILE A CLAIM ON THE DELIVERY DRIVER HES A NICE GUY Punctuation man. In that case, you aren't the one that files a claim, it's the merchant that needs to file the claim. Interested about the manual RTS you mentioned in an earlier comment if you are open to sharing information. If you are in the UK, then this definitely isn't the case. The consumer is never the one who is responsible for dealing with the shipping company. Am I right in saying you have claimed DNA for this item? |
