And what will they do after they receive the wrong item?

Usually the process is:

1. Dear Sir/Madam pls send us a picture of the parcel with name and date

2. Send the Item back

3. Get a refund, within a couple days

I havent done WIR for a couple months now… dont know if its still works

Yeah that's how it's done, perhaps they can OFM your account and then your claim is denied if they check CCTV or the item u returned doesn´t belong to the same warehouse.

I've heard mixed reviews using the WIR method on amazon.
There is various factors why WIR would fail, CCTV, the item that u order isn't in the same warehouse, linked accounts.
At the moment I don't see sufficient positive reviews on WIR, so I can't give u an answer on how reliable it is.
I do think that u can fall back on manufacture WIR as long the package isn't transparent.
